The temperature does not exceed 50-60°C, which prevents the body from overheating too much and dilates blood vessels producing endorphins.

Finnish sauna or infrared sauna?

The infrared sauna is a sauna in which the dry heat offers a pleasant feeling of well-being and relaxation due to the Irradiation of infrared panels that heat no more than about 50°C. With this technology penetrating the ‘epidermis without heating the surrounding air, high temperatures are unnecessary to enjoy its benefits.

Unlike ultraviolet rays, which are harmful to the skin, infrared rays are considered beneficial to humans because electromagnetic waves conduct heat down to the ground.

They heat only the body, not the surrounding air ensuring an even temperature.
